Tour Plan
Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Zagora
Discover the Tizi N Tichka pass and tour the Kasbah of Tamdakhte and Ait Ben Haddou, both UNESCO World Heritage sites. Proceed onward to Ouarzazate and Agdez, where breathtaking vistas of the Draa Valley await your exploration.
Day 2: Zagora – Chegaga – Tagounet
Trace the Draa Valley to Tansikht, uncovering kasbahs and traditional villages en route to Zagora. Engage in a guided one-hour camel trek to the Zagora desert camp. Relish a customary dinner and overnight stay in your tent for an authentic experience.
Day 3: Tagounet – Marrakech via Fum Zguid and Taznakhte
Observe the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes before resuming your journey in the 4×4. Venture into the desert for exploration, including the renowned Chegaga with its colossal sand dunes. Proceed towards Tagounet village for a delightful lunch break. Wander the expansive dunes or attempt sandboarding before retiring to your 4×4 for an overnight stay under the starry Erg Chegaga skies.
